Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of RallyProof subscriptions from Built To Be Seen AI ("we", "us", "our").

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we will issue a full refund of that charge. This guarantee applies only to your first payment on a new subscription.

Recurring renewals

Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. You can cancel any time from your billing settings to prevent future renewals; cancellation stops the next charge and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges will be refunded in full.
• Extended Service outages caused by us may qualify for a pro-rated credit or refund.
• Where local consumer law requires a longer refund window, that law applies.

How to request a refund

Email support@rallyproof.com from the address on your account with your order ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by our payment processor (Paddle).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
