Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RallyProof (the "Service"), operated by Built To Be Seen AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Merchant of Record. Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all orders placed through the Service. Paddle handles order processing, payment, invoicing, tax collection and remittance, subscription management, refunds, chargebacks, and order-related customer inquiries and returns. Your purchase is a transaction between you and Paddle, subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice. Built To Be Seen AI provides the underlying Service.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you don't have the rights to.
• Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or infringe on others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive testimonials.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built To Be Seen AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
